A Little Workout Everyday Goes a Long Way
Many who want to get into a habit of exercise regularly end up failing and giving up because it can be quite a commitment considering the time and money they have to spend. When it comes to exercise, they always alternate between feeling hopeful and frustrated.
We are writing a story to help them get into it with the minimum time and effort. for example, “Wakeout” shows exercises and workouts can be done in daily situations such as in bed, at home and in a car. “7 minute workout” only takes you
7 minutes of one’s 24 hours. With just a small amount of allocated time, one can hopefully start exercising more regularly and feeling better about themselves.
